Hiccup's Quest - In the Rain

Another picture from Hiccup's Adventure Quest to the city of Dragon's Fire. The team has suffered a major set back, and Hiccup is ready to give up and turn back. And to just make things even more cheerful, it's raining!

Day 61 Maybe We Should Turn Back

:"Today, my failure to lead the team safely through the mountain range and the extreme sacrifice MissPlayer30 made to save the team have weighed heavily on my heart. On top of that, it's pouring down cold rain again. (I wish the temperature would drop just a little more so that this rain would turn to snow. Somehow snow feels more cheerful than rain.) But no matter how hard I try to rally my courage, I feel every bit defeated.

"I've instructed the scouts to find a way out of this ravine and get a general bearing of a path that will take us home. But we're not moving until we finish Horus's magical procedure to restore Missplayer30's physical body.


"So now I come before the team around the campfire on this gloomy night to seek their input. Should we turn around and go back?

"Supplies are....scattered all over the ravine floor.

"Many are recovering well from their injuries. Missplayer30 is still unconscious and ghost-like."


(raises hand):"Let's go home!"
:"I'm sorry guys. I was really the one that caused this, but I think we should try to lift up Hiccup and continue our quest."
:"I'm with Fishlegs. We've already come a long way. I'd hate to turn back just because we almost fell to our deaths into this ravine and were almost wiped out by Golems, Wyverns, Orcs, a crazed Orc assassin, and killer flower pollen. I mean....aren't these occupational hazards for an Adventurer?!"
:"YOU PEOPLE ARE CRAZY! Do you know that? CRAZY!"
